Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size or product, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, dirt, damage, washing, or use will not be eligible for exchange.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

How to Exchange

  1. To request an exchange, please email Oslo Leather Company at osloleathercompany@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. After your request is approved, ship the product to our provided return address:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm your exchange.
  4. We will then ship your replacement product to you.

Exchange Shipping Charges

If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, such as selecting the wrong size, changing the product, or any other reason that is not caused by a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for both sides of the delivery charges:

  • Shipping the original product back to Oslo Leather Company.
  • Shipping the replacement product back to the customer.

If the exchange is required because of our mistake, such as receiving the wrong product, wrong size, or a defective/damaged item, Oslo Leather Company will cover the applicable delivery charges.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us by email and receiving confirmation from our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email osloleathercompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

All orders are shipped internationally from our Oslo Leather Company's warehouse via international air shipping.
